« Went to check in after driving for 14 hoursâŠthey said they didnât have a room for the 3 of us and that someone was supposed to check out that day but they decided to stay. They offered us a room with a cotâŠI asked if they had my reservation and they said yesâŠ.i was furious..room was not cleanâŠno towels or beddingâŠsince nothing else was available I stayedâŠ.never again! »

« We stayed at the Cantilever Hotel at the start of spring and really loved the location. Itâs about 10â15 minutes from the airport and just a stoneâs throw from the river.
Although trains pass by occasionally, it didnât bother us at all. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like ear plugs and a sound machine for a better nightâs rest.
The staff were very friendly and professional. The drinks at the hotelâs restaurant and bar were fantastic, especially since they have their own...

« Everything advertised was inaccurate. It's not river side breakfast was supposed to be included nothing was available except cereal with expired milk. There were no staff to ask for help. 10/10 do not recommend. The pool is drained and closed. The restaurant bar closed with water all over the floors holes in guest room wall. I requested a refund and will not rest well until the money is back in my account... Unexceptable »

« This is a bare bones vintage motor court. It had everything we needed. It was clean and safe. My only complaint was the somewhat overpowering smell of disinfectant cleaning solution. Maybe dial that back a bit. Good value so donât pass it by if you need a place to stay. »
