« Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal. »

« There needs to be clear instruction on how to enter the building. It was too difficult to find the door for the cold. In fact, we never found the door with the kiosk to use the entry code. »

« Host was pleasant in messages so I went against my better judgement and didn't take pictures of the lack of cleaning, and how badly the place was built. Thought it would be ok for the 2 days I was staying. The issues: Cobwebs on the fan, dirt and more cobwebs in the corner by the pullout, smudges on the walls (especially behind the faucet in the bathroom), marks on walls, stains on comforter, black smudges on wash cloth, and sheet, stain on shower curtain, shower handle fell off, curtian rod...

The office seems like it could be another room. Location was close to town and events we attended while in Charlotte. Will stay again when we return at a later date. »

« My family and I spent a few nights here while exploring the Charlotte area. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, but was within walking distance to downtown Matthews, which was such a cute vibrant little town. We would recommend this house and would certainly stay there again. »
