Basic kitchen needs (cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, silverware, flipper, etc.). Nice coffee maker and toaster (all clean). No frills. Bring your own entertainment - we could not figure out how to get the antenna to work for the tv and not enough cell service or wifi to use it (not that we came to watch tv but just wanted to veg out for a bit after dinner. „The house was loaded with lady bugs, and more importantly mice. The pull out couch, the futon, and drawers/cabinets were littered with mice poop. Which left 2 beds unusable...Additionally, the lawn/home outside was poorly groomed with chopped up bottles and long grass clippings left… which was disappointing since we wanted to enjoy the yard. I know it's a bigger place, and allows a lot of people to sleep there which is nice but to be advertised as “can sleep 17” is a complete stretch... the ...
