« The beds are old and dated along with the covers and blankets. There were two large dead beetles on the bathroom floor. The bathroom had one ply of Kleenex left in the dispenser. The television did not operate. The a/c unit was set at 62. It ran continuously even when adjusted to 76. I had to unplug it. The clerk taking the payment was rude and ill tempered. Overall a poor experience. Would not stay here again. »

« About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

« This is a very clean, lovely & comfortable apartment. The decor is unique & very well done. We were worried it would be noisy since it is on such a busy street, but it was very quiet. Lots of great little shops & places to eat within walking distance. Attended wedding at Capitol Room, easy walk! The host was very quick to answer any questions. »

« We used this property as a Mother/Daughter/Granddaughter weekend. What an absolutely spectacular venue. It was clean, bright, and just the right size for us. We were able to enjoy the local pubs, bakeries, and thrift stores in this quaint little town. Definitely recommend.. »
