« The house was very clean and has all the modern amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the few people we saw were friendly. There is a public housing building down the street but it is not in use and most of the neighborhood is single family homes. The house is close to downtown and off the main road so getting around Sanford is easy and quick. Check out the Sanford Antique mall while you are here! »

« Wonderful property, exactly as pictured. House was very clean, comfortable. Couple of minor issues that were addressed quickly and in no way interfered with a perfect stay. We were there for a golf tournament and the clubhouse was a quick 5-minute drive. Also, very convenient location to the town of Sanford. Communication from host was amazing and helpful. Location, arrival/departure instructions were very clear and easy to perform. Would defiantly stay here again when back in the area. »

« Hold a work event. We were all work colleagues hence maximizing private accommodations was paramount. The property offered 10 beds and all independent of each other. Very clean. Main house had good amenities. And plenty of space. A nice secluded location. Very quiet, yet only 10 mins away from downtown Sandford and 35 minutes away from Cary and South Raleigh. Recommended »

« My family and I stay for the weekend for a wedding in town and so enjoyed this gem in Sanford. The fire pit was a hit for all. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The only recommendation I have is to have an extra blanket available for each room. Overall, stunning home and wonderful host. »
