« Perfect property in Traverse City! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Easy to get to TC, Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bear Dunes and all so many more. Kids loved walking the 1 minute down the street to get ice cream every night. There’s a few restaurants that we were able to walk to from the house. The property management company was very good- lots of communications, instructions were easy to understand, house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to others...

« A great experience! YES! A feeling that you are welcomed! YES! Perfect location! HECK YES! We had a rental experience with our best interests in mind. It is the little thoughtful items/things that are kind and make sense. Cooking was a breeze, and clean-up was easy ( proper products handy). « The lake view is lovely. We wish the dock hadn’t been taken out for the season. Helpful suggestions - The kitchen needs to be reorganized and some equipment replaced. Especially the dinner dishes and pots and pans. Dishwasher doesn’t work as well as it should. Lightning in the bedrooms and bathrooms was not sufficient. Bedrooms need bedside lamps. « Great short-term stay. Clean, modern, well-decorated home off the beaten path but close to the water's edge. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, towels were plentiful. Kitchen was well-stocked, tv was big & modern, we used our Netflix on it to cozy up to a show. Great game room downstairs and laundry was a plus. Love the three separate BRs, perfect for our adult group of 4. Would love to stay here again the next time we're in town. »
