« We rented the house for our daughters graduation from UVA. The house was wonderful. Very clean!!!! The set up of the house was great for a large gathering. The kayaks were used a lot. The water was a great temperature and very enjoyable even in mid May. Game room was a plus. Would recommend 100%!!!!! »

« We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend! »

« We spent the weekend to celebrate my son's high school graduation. It was even nicer than the pictures and so much to do! The kids fished, swam and at night we had a fire, s'mores and played games in the basement or sat on the upper deck. Super quiet neighborhood with a private boat launch around the corner! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this house!!! »

The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for water adventures—kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, plus life jackets for all ages. It’s a peaceful, quiet location with a fantastic outdoor area that made our stay really enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and have fun on the water! »
