The house is modern, updated, clean, and spacious. The management company is very accommodating and communicates well. « I am going to be completely honest, when we drove up to the house we were disappointed. It seemed like nothing special. Our impression didn't change much walking in, but the back yard made the trip! There were 12 of us, and we loved the pickleball, swimming, volleyball, outdoor tv, ping pong, hot tub, etc, etc. etc. We never had to leave, as our entertainment was right there! « Great location/property, only feedback I received from anyone who stayed there was the chlorine level seemed a bit high in the pool/hot tub. The people who used both all had the same feedback. I also couldn't find the garbage bags but that is not really a complaint! Great time and if the timing works we will try and rent the same place next year. »

« We were assigned a dated appartment on the outskirts of Scottsdale. More like an appartment complex, some condos. The place had a musty smell. Archaic plumbing. Stove was packed with pots and pans on arrival. AC took 9hours to bring temp to level. This location was far (30min) from the center of Scottsdale. Ad is misleading at best. No « Resort » in sight. »

« I loved this place so much!! Perfect for solo travel, very thorough instructions & directions about building, amenities, etc. Updated modern ambiance/interior. Host was super attentive. Location was perfect as well, so many restaurants/coffee shops, trails, things to do around. Definitely booking here again next time I come to Scottsdale! 🙌 »
