« Our room was nothing like the pictures on Expedia that shows a renovated, clean room. I was told by the clerk that the pictures are of the handicapped room that was updated. Our room was dirty. Dirty floors. Dirty bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. Bathtub stained. Shower curtain dirty. Towels stained. Worst experience in years. We will not return nor recommend. »

« Nice and clean. Staff got us in before check-in. Breakfast was meh...no better or worse than your standard continental breakfast. (Good sausage...but no waffles! They had pancake maker instead.)
The shower in our room was OUTSTANDING. Good water pressure, easy to control, nice fixtures...
We will stay there again if in Spring Hill. »

« It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing i wasn't particularly impressed with was the breakfast. Not a lot of items that i can eat. Healthier food items would be nice.
