„The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. The views to the lake are beautiful very serene. I highly recommend this place. For the cosst it is hard to beat. The pros out weigh the ...

„I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. Overall it was amazing and I will definitely be booking again.“

„No contact or communication, whatsoever, from the host. Dont book this place unless you enjoy a good ol' frantic, stress-fueled hunt for a place to sleep at the last second! Seriously, I wish I could give 0 stars. 1 star seems far too generous..“

„The property was lovely! Clean, but the floors could have used a good dusting and mop. Communication with the property owner was quick, and the check in information was detailed. Location was okay, but nearby it gets a little iffy. Close enough where we could walk to anything uptown just fine! Overall a great stay. “

„This home has it all! Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, jetted tub, steam shower! Beautifully decorated, perfect location and awesome views. The owner is fantastic. You also have the opportunity to rent his pontoon boat. This is one of the best places we have ever renred and will be back!“

„We had an amazing stay at this cute and quirky home! The pool was a huge bonus. The layout is a little funky but it worked well for us once we figured out where everything was. The owners have done a great job of making modern updates and still keeping the unique vintage feel of the home. We would absolutely stay here again! “

„This was a great place to stay while we visited. Close to good restaurants and not a far drive from the stadium. The apartment was clean. First time to the area and the apartment was in a good area I felt comfortable staying with my children. Communication was good from the owners. “

Ohne Baustelle vlt besser

"Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel. Aber 1. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind super klein und es war furchtbar laut. 2. Die Baustelle direkt am Hotel ist riesig und super laut. (man hätte die Gäste im Vorfeld darauf hinweisen müssen), wir hatten ein Zimmer im 16. Stock ab 7 Uhr war es mit schlafen vorbei 3. Gesamt ist das Hotel zu hellhörig. Nicht nur der Lärm der Baustelle auch von innen, wenn jemand im Flur vorbei lief und sich unterhalten hat hat man im Zimmer alles deutlich gehört. "
