« We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the little blue house. It is well furnished with a completely equipped kitchen. Peaceful water views. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds. Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. All in all….a great stay. »

« This property was perfect for our large family group. Everyone had their own space and was comfortable. It is a beautiful property. It is bright and sunny and looks out over a field. The large back deck with fire pit was a nice place to gather and relax.The hosts are great and were very accommodating for our arrival. The brownies , hot from the oven were a welcome treat after a very long car ride. They were very responsive to any questions we had. We will visit again and be sure to stay here. »

« The house was easy to find (since my husband spent his summers there as a kid) and we found everything clean and well-equipped. Appreciated the stash of spices, condiments and kitchen equipment since we did some cooking. Loved biking the island! Water was rough from a storm so no kayaking but the shed was full of water toys for nice days. We all enjoyed our stay very much! »

« The Nassawadox Creek home is wonderful! The house is roomy, and well-equipped. (It even has decent kitchen knives! Usually, that kind of thing is an after-thought.)The place is great for kids, even older kids who dislike family vacations! There is a dock for fishing and crabbing (the kids caught about a dozen crab), and kayaks for the inlet. It was too cold for us to swim in the pool, but I can imagine it would be very inviting in the summer.Altogether a very nice place and we highly recommend...
