« Rental had not been cleaned since the last tenant which was a week prior to my rental dates. Immediately upon entering the home I was meet with a stench and stiiffling heat of 84 degrees from the lack AC. The heat had been on since the last tenant. Upon inspection dishes were left in the sink, dish soap bottle empty, used sponge, laundry in the washer, bed were made by the last tenant but clearly slept in, floors here covered in grit a combination of sand and food from a child, a binkie under a...
