« This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice. »

« It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit. The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier. »

« We had a short, one-night stay here and had a great time. The kids really loved playing pool in the basement. We all enjoyed the hot tub under the stars at night. It was a very quiet location. It could have been a bit cleaner, but overall we were happy. »

Instead there were two outdoor spots and the garage was not available to guests. We were hoping to use the garage because we had our e-bikes with us, but we managed without. « The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez. »

« Perfectly named - amazing sunset views, easy access to both Mesa Verde/Canyons of the Ancients and the San Juan mountains (Durango/Silverton), lots of amenities and extras, very comfortable beds, over-the-top coffee bar, grill, firepit, hot tub, plenty of room even for our group of 5, amazing view of stars from deck (and even binoculars and star gazing books to enhance the experience!). « Beautiful views, accommodations above average in comfort and convenience. Host extremely responsive and thoughtful. The two hones are great for multi-generation gatherings. The only thing missing is a pool! »
