« First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. « My friends and I had a reunion to attend. We needed to prepare food for an event. The kitchen was well appointed with updated appliances. The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. »

« Spacious and clean in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Yard space right outside the door for our dog and a nearby walking trail. I read a previous review that there isn’t temperature control in this unit but with the space heater provided and the extra blankets I brought it was fine. There is also a ceiling fan if you need it to be a little cooler. The host responded quickly with any questions. »

« Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fine, dining area very cramped, whole place was cold. Miscommunication btwn owner &vrbo left us standing out in cold at 11pm for 30 min, unclear who was at fault. Make sure you've received an info message from owner before you arrive! »

« We needed a place close to Kensington as we were cleaning out my brother's place. It was 8 minutes away! It was the comfort and space we needed to decompress after long days of sorting, packing, and moving. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new and in working order, and the furniture was comfy. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and hang around together. »

« Everything about this house was amazing! The way every one was spaced out was perfect! The host was absolutely THE BEST! He helped us so much even through a small issue we had before we arrived. Communication was top tier through out the stay! He showed a lot of care & was always there to help. I would definitely stay here again & again! »

« There was 4 adults that needed a place to stay for the sheep and wool festival, and this gem was about 16 miles away.. The condo has all the amenities needed , 2 queen beds and a King size bed, which is rare! The entire place was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful balcony to sit outside and relax. You are close to places to eat and there is a Giant food store, target and other stores nearby! The host was amazing! I left my cold tumbler there, and he sent it back to me!! The whole booking...
