„Das Hotel war mittelmässig. Die Zimmer sehr klein. Beim online Einchecken wurde uns ein Upgrade angeboten, welches dann doch nicht verfügbar war. Die Frau am Empfang hat uns nicht wirklich begrüsst. Beim Frühstück waren wir alleine. Es war kein grosses Angebot aber ok. “

„Pretty sure I reserved an accessibility room online and when arriving was told that there none available. First room came with a half eaten pizza and soiled linen on bed. Second room was cleaning but had not been vacuumed. Had to use suitcases as a step up to get in and out of the bed. No grab bars in shower. Dangerous for the elderly. Girl at front desk had no idea how to access channels without going one by one. Will not stay again“

„Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!“

Be AWARE that the bathroom situation is as it is written: The outhouse is the sole bathroom, and it is very clean with modern seating arrangements, but just like a classic outhouse, it does not have running water. „One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!“

„What an amazing overnight in this 5 star 5th wheel! Hosts greeted us with a friendly wave as we passed their home to the 5th wheel hill top. Clean as can be and VERY comfortable. Host has added all the creature comforts. There’s a picnic table outdoors with incredible views. QUIET AND SERENE SURROUNDINGS…simply beautiful! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!“

„While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.“
