« I stayed here expecting to use the pool, since it was listed as one of the amenities. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out the pool was closed and not available during my stay. This was really disappointing, especially because it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I understand that maintenance or unexpected issues can happen, but it would be very helpful if the hotel clearly updated this information online or notified guests ahead of time.
