„This was a nice place to stay. Swimming pool and hot tub after a long day of traveling is always nice. The lobby is very nice and breakfast was simple but good. The only downfall is there is no elevator, there are only two floors but we had lots of luggage which the manager noticed right away and kindly switched our room from the second floor to the first floor. I would definitely stay here again. Located next to a Walmart, Hyvee, Marshalls, Caribou, Culvers and Perkins, all within in walking ...

„ The property is excellent. Very clean, everything works well. A lot of room. Very comfortable. Communication with the owner could be better. He has more than one property, so, when you talk to him, be clear about what property you want to rent.“

„Property is as listed. It is a fully operational farm so keep that in mind. We went up for a race weekend @ Deer creek speedway. Does offer amenities including washer, dryer, toaster, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Pull out sofa along with some cots. Shower and toilet, it is also equipped with ac/heat. Does have a barn available ( more or less camping ). Would visit again. “

„Our stay was wonderful! It was so calm, peaceful, and relaxing. Yvette was so kind and helpful. The breakfasts were all super delicious. They had games for outside, and fishing, and we all had lots of fun hunting for fossils in the river. We were a little concerned about being in the same house and eating breakfast with the owners (with several rambunctious kids and several introverts) but they made us feel completely at home and comfortable. It was like staying with family in all the best ...

„Dan was super nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere. It you want a large, clean farmhouse, this place is for you. Being a working family farm, expect to see a tractor or two going in and out. We really enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch with a book watching the cows. Lilly, the family's dog, was super friendly and may come to visit you. We will definitely go back! Thanks again Dan!“

„This was a very charming property. Check in was easy. Kitchen had all the necessities, including coffee and hot tea (lifesaver). A nice balcony patio was an added plus. Property was very clean. We cannot wait to return!! “

„This was a great place to stay with family. We were in town for a family function and this place was fantastic for kids of all ages. we had our family come back with us after our gathering and the kids all enjoyed playing with the yard games and toys they had on site. A big beautiful porch on the back and another in front. The fresh duck eggs were the topping on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful stay!“
