« The room was clean and pristinely decorated. So Cute! Big shower! In-room AC. We were on the third floor. If you can't manage stairs, then request a room on the ground floorthe rooms are attached to a restaurant, so food is readily available.We would definitely stay here again. »

« We usually visit the Newport area once a year since 2000. The cottage, by far, is the nicest place we stayed at. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and the location great. If we had any questions, Lisa answered quickly. Looking forward to coming back again. »

« The house is amazing. So spacious and comfortable. Loved the location. Quick walk to several restaurants. Short walk to local beach. Cliff walk nearby,about a 10 minute walk. Everything worked so well for our large family. »

« Loved the space. Home was clean comfortable and very thoughtful in the details. We traveled with a little one and did not even need to bring half of what we pack because it was ready for us including a crib, high chair and even fresh sheets and towels. The yard was huge, porch in the front great for morning reading and the neighborhood was very quiet. Just down a short drive from downtown Newport, beaches, Cliff Walk, Grocery store and gym. Even worked from home a couple of days with fast...

« We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience. »

« We were in town for our daughter’s hockey game at St George’s. 4 Kent fit the bill in every way: location, size of property, cleanliness. It’s a very cute house and very comfortable for our family. »

« We had a great time and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. We needed a place to stay for our daughter’s graduation at Salve and the distance was perfect. Very clean and the beds were comfortable too Thank you »

« We spent a lovely couple days at this location. House was clean and overall mostly updated. Amazing spot for sharing with multiple families as there were lots of bed options/rooms, all the beds were reported as comfortable. Nice quiet large yard. Small items for improvement include more kitchen towels, more ice trays to substitute for the ice maker … bigger items - bathrooms are due for updating. Very functional- but definitely out dated. If you can look past this (or it won’t bother you) then...
