« The property needs maintenance as some of the fixtures are broken or falling apart. The electrical equipment also need upgrading. The kettle in the room was boilingthe water but was not automatically switching off. That can be dangerous, fire hazard. »

« They used fake Ai images to show amenities that were not there. Expedia refused to cancel the booking and so did the the manager after I confronted them. They later removed the images but Expedia continues to list the property and did not issue a refund. I will be filing FTC and CPB complaints »

« Recently stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip to Kenya. After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly. « A beautiful oasis in the middle of busy Nanyuki! Very reasonable rates for a gem in the middle of town. 100% safe compound for foreigners (behind a large gate). Great workout gym with modern equipment, and affordable massages and other treatments in a relaxing spa area. Breakfast was the best I've had in Kenya (over multiple trips in 30 years). Bar is pretty cool. Staff helped me change the booking with no fees. One warning - the walls are a bit thin so if there is a party going on...
