« Safe and clean property »

« Our family had a great stay and plan on returning next year. Having a full condo with being right on the beach made our vacation so much more relaxing. Staff was friendly. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice having so much space with all of the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball area. The house was clean and came with so much to do. Having the golf cart was amazing to drop the beach stuff off and the family. Sherrie was fabulous! We have never had a host to be so informative and communicative. She was very helpful and responded immediately. We highly recommend staying here and we will be staying again!! »

« Beautiful house, clean with all the essentials provided. It was a 2 min walk to beach access which was wonderful. The host provided beach essentials, bikes, etc. which made packing for the trip that much easier. I had a couple of questions since this was my first time booking through VRBO and the host was very quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended. »

« The property is in a great location close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc., 2 minutes walk to the beach on the ocean side, 20 min drive to the soundside beach. 40 min drive to the nature preserve with the wild horses. Very clean. The house itself needs a little TLC, but this did not affect our stay at all. »

« The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area. The beach was just down a dirt road that was only traveled by those on the road and the beach was never really crowded and it was very clean. Not great for finding sea shells or sharks teeth but no rocks or anything but soft...

« We found a lot to love about Herbst Cottage! While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. Well equipped with the exception of broken dishwashers (both indoor and tiki bar were broken most of the week) and a leaking ice machine. Response...

« The place was very nice. A little wear and tear but that’s to be expected. One suggestion I think there’s too much kitchen utensils and accessories that almost makes it hard to find some of the stuff that you do need so maybe take away some of it »

« We stayed in this property with 30 adults and several small children! Everyone had a comfortable bed and privacy, and the living room is genuinely large enough for our whole crew to eat at once! Appreciated the multiple stoves, ovens, and sinks too! The pool was a hit with everyone, and the beach is super close! We found the beach access to the left of the house easier to navigate to the beach over the dunes. We had a few small hiccups that were quickly handled by property management. The place...

"Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" "
