„This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t ...

„We have stayed at Canopy Blue several times and are never disappointed! The view is amazing, the hot tub and outdoor seating area is perfect after a long day of hiking. A true get away and yet only a few miles from all the outdoor activities and the quaint downtown. The owners are easy to reach - access is simple and convenient.“
