« We spend a long weekend & had a unit with a view to the harbor. The patio was absolutely cosy with the most relaxing atmosphere...even when it rained. The personnell was very friendly. It is close to oldtown..even though you need a car. The little breakfast place on the corner is also very convinient. Would definitely come back if in St.Augustine again »

« We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available. »

« Property was perfect! In walking distance of everything you want to see. When we arrived, the wifi router needed to be reset and the property owner PROMPTLY had it fixed within minutes. We are very pleased with our stay and will definitely book again next year! »

« We had the loveliest weekend in this cottage. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The natural surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Owners clearly care about this property and making their guests feel at home. We chose this cottage for its described proximity to downtown St. Augustine. I wouldn't say it's "next to" downtown, as it took us about 20 minutes to walk to that area. However it was an easy walk and not a problem for us...

« The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. The towels and bedding were impeccable. If you really want to relax and unwind , this is the place to go. The hosts were even more accommodating than we needed. »

« We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. »
