« Staff was efficient, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Pool looked inviting, but I did not have time to swim. Only complaint was the room above me had a very loud creaking floor- when the upstairs guests walked around I really did not hear footsteps, but the floor creaked very loudly! Otherwise all was very good for my one night stay. I would stay again, but request a different room »

« I was so happy to find a decent place to stay on a long stretch of Rt 36 in Kansas that has very few hotels. This one was just right for a road trip overnight. The staff was lovely and I got a good night’s sleep. Bonus! There’s a fabulous little family run Mexican place, La Bambas, just a stone’s throw away! I couldn’t have been happier that night. »

« Dirty, nothing open, absolute dive. Duct tape on the doors, locks did not work to outside, windows broken. The smell was horrible. I am pretty sure people were living in some of the rooms. »

« We had a wonderful time in this Queen Anne home. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. They provided a big delicious breakfast. We so enjoyed visiting with them! »
