« Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. « Great little family get away for a few adult siblings and spouses. Thomas was very accommodating when we needed something. Nice place to sit outside and there was hiking close by. We also got to watch the eclipse and the owners provided viewing glasses which was an added bonus. »

« Its a very nice compact cabin for upto 6 people. Nice private back and front proch, short walk to the local store. Good location short distance from the river. We liked to go to the small country road bridge 3 min drive or 15 min walk where access is free and less crowded. Only "better if" comment would be the internal soundproofing of the bedrooms... The door between living room and bedroom doesn't do much to soundproof from the TV if your teenagers decide to stay up unitl 2 am while you are...

« Our first trip to Leakey. Booked a site close to Garner State Park. This was a cute cabin. We would have liked to be closer to the park. It wasn’t really a long drive but will probably book closer next time. The directions »

« The property was exactly as described very romantic perfect for me and my wife. We loved the fire outside and the kids really enjoyed the the river within walking distance. »

« Nice place and very convenient to Garner State Park. I’m used to getting a code to gain access, but had to drive an extra 25 minutes to get the key. I have never had to pay for linens before and you will have to do that here. Kitchen was nicely stocked, but we did have to buy some hand soap for one of the bathrooms. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Manager was very responsive with communication. »

« We stayed here for 4 nights while our kids and grandkids camped 4 minutes away on the Frio River. Very convenient for us and looked forward to the A/C at the end of the day. Has everything you would need or want in a rental. The bathroom is fairly small and could use some updating. Beds were comfy. Would stay here again. »
