« Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. « This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend. »

« They did a wonderful job of creating a beautiful and comfortable interior in a grain bin. Two very large 2-queen bed bedrooms with a shower ensuite in one and a tub ensuite in the other which is also accessible to the large living area. Also have a queen futon in the living area. Have a nice collections of games, books and DVD's to enjoy. Nice firepit. Great girls weekend location.You need to bring your own towel and I would recommend they add a rubber mat to the tub for safety but everything...
