« Clean and comfortable room. Booked an accessible room with grab bars and was pleased with how easy it made our stay. »

« Manque de personnel flagrant, déjeuner fermé car no staff et nous avons payé pour déjeuner inclus, une nuit avec bruit party dans la chambre voisine et une seule personne tentait de gérer un hôtel complet !!! N’avons pu dormir avant 1h30 du matin , malgré 3 avertissements !!!! Je ne recommande pas cet hotel »

« The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable. But there were some Stains on walls, floors, curtains & ceiling tiles. Slow drains in bathroom, musty odors in the rooms & halls. The bathroom door was falling apart. We were on the first floor and the exterior windows did not lock, which made nervous. We got into town late and needed a place to stay and it was fine for a night, just needs to be updated/maintained better. »

« Great place, the check in process took a bit longer due to new staff training. »

« Polite, courteous staff »

« I got there to check in and they said I was on a do not rent list even though I just stayed there in August. Supposedly something happened in July. They didn't refund my money. I ended up having to drive 4 hours home completely exhausted. The man wouldn't even tell me why I'm on a do not rent to and was extremely rude. »

« Third stop that began from Calgary. Nice and calm. After a 1212 km drive, we needed a good bed and it did the job. I recommend. »

« The room was clean and quiet. However the shower/tub was so slick it was like ice. Very dangerous trying to get in and out. Also the soap/body wash was empty. »
