« This apartment was wonderful! Perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The building is brand new and has a little grocery store attached to it. We came for a Notre Dame game and the location was great! I would definitely stay here again! »

« Very clean house that has been nicely updated. Owner was very responsive and the neighborhood was quite nice. One note, the neighbors are lite sleepers and are not shy about letting you know if youre too loud. LOL. just a heads up! »

« This property was excellent for a large group of friends with young kids. We especially enjoyed afternoons in the outdoor pool, playing in the gym and lawn games in the yard. There was lots of counter space and table space in the kitchen & dining area for food and board games, and two nice sitting & playing areas. It could use some repairs/updates, but nothing that affected our enjoyment. The owner was very communicative and responsive to questions beginning months in advance and throughout...

« Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was a little tedious as we got in pretty late and the main elevator was broken (not the fault of the VRBO owner). Property manager was very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend. »

« We were in South Bend for a soccer game at Notre Dame Stadium (Celtic 4, Chelsea 1, C'mon the Hoops!). The location is perfect for any event on campus. A short walk/Uber to the campus and food/entertainment. The house is clean, the beds are comfy, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. »

« Check in was easy, and met with a big plate of homemade chocolate chip cookies. Great extra touch!! Great outdoor space where we spent many hours in the pool, cooked out on the grill and fire pit at night. »

« We had a wonderful stay, while getting three students settled on campus. House was immaculate and well stocked with everything needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was set up to be cooked in for aspiring chefs, with the necessary staples to start your meal prep and mornings off right. Owners were exceptionally helpful and very responsive to assure everything was perfect for our stay. Would return in a heart beat! »

« Property exceeded expectations. Perfectly located to walk to Notre Dame campus and everything we needed close by. The basement game room was perfect for hanging out and playing cards, video games and watching a movie. Highly recommend staying here if you are in South Bend. »
