« Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. « Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. « Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

« DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. »
