« Upon arrival at the hotel at approximately 2am the Front Desk Clerk was no where to be found. There was a sign on the desk with a number to call for assistance, we called it and it rang to the phone at the desk. After 10 mins. She came out of a hotel room directly across from the front desk very disheveled as if she were sleeping apologizing saying she was checking on her family in the room. « The gentleman who handled the desk was extremely helpful general manager, maybe not so much but there are only three people running the entire property. Area is a bit sketchy but seemed safe. I strongly recommend not to arrive before the 4pm check-in time, they stab you with a fee. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nicely done. Wake me up a hands off approach at your hotel with very little service, this is your place. Grocery store 2 blocks away, several restaurants and bars very close. »

« I would like to start by saying that the staff is super friendly and very accommodating, however, this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The key card system had been down since Sunday, so we were given one key that had to be returned upon checkout, which was fine. The hallways all rank of pet urine and Febreze, the thermostat didn’t work.. I had an error sign, and did not work right, the key card system was down, and we had to jump the fence to swim in the pool. There was no...

« We reserved this room 3 months prior on Expedia. We got there on check in day, and they handed me a hand of paper stating we did not in fact have a room, and they were sending us 25 minutes down the road. Refund has not come through, they blamed Expedia. We won’t be staying here again and we will be spreading the word. »

« C'est un hébergement presentant un excellent rapport qualité prix. La cuisine a été bien appréciée dans la chambre. Le personnel était tres sympathique. La pompe de la piscine s'est arrêtée pendant notre sejour et n'a pas été réparée. Nous n'avons donc pu bénéficier de la piscine. De plus, les Bar-b-cues extérieurs étaient non utilisables car trop sales et non performants. »
