« I cannot recommend this location in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. The room was very dirty. The hot tub was unusable and the guests were unruly until wee hours of the morning. The windows have never been washed. The hot tub had filth coming out of its jets and the bottom of the bed frame looks like it had never been wiped down. The place is definitely in need of some TLC and for what I paid a night $169. I am completely unsatisfied. »

« Found out that you get what you pay for!! Showed up and the beds were made but no soap in the bathroom also one of the lights didn't work. Just a very run down property. »

« It was okay and clean, but to get an excellent rating it has to be pretty perfect. Not sure if you are asking about food later, continental breakfast was not the greatest, no bread to toast, no choices of jellies, note says do not use microwave to cook oatmeal but to use the hot water from coffee maker. »

« There was know one at the property to check my 2 daughters in that traveled from Maine for a celebration of life. I had to call and a woman instructed me to tell them to go to the desk and get the key out of a basket full of keys. When the girls got to their room it smelled musty, cigarette smell, blankets where yellowed. The sheets were a blue fuzzy blanket with particles on it! Windows fogged over with mold. If it is a self service hotel it should be advertised as that!!! I would have never...

« A break we truly needed. We had an amazing stay at Guten Tag Loft! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully designed the loft was. « We had no need of the laundry facilities as the stay was rather short. The house was nice and as far as I know, my group will likely stay again next year. This time the weather was bad and only half of the group of 10, was able to be there. The owner was always available for communications and answering questions. Great hosts! This was my groups first vrbo. »

« The property was clean and as expected. The host was very quick to respond. Getting into the house was a slight challenge as the door was sticking but the host responded quickly with help. One downside is the lack of parking for such a big house but the host provided clear instructions on alternatives that were near by. Its within walking distance of shops and restaurants which was so convenient. We had a blast. Would recommend! »
