« Newer hotel, kept very clean! Rooms were clean and staff were great! »

« We had such a wonderful stay. Learned about the hens and roosters on property right when we arrived. Not something you see everyday but they were there to welcome us along with the staff. Our room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was a good size with lots of different equipment. And their breakfast had several good hot and cold options. I liked that there was a small store of snacks and toiletries, should we need or want anything. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Room was clean and big. Property was in need of attention. It was quite but we stayed a thursday and friday. It was fine for a 2 night stay while we attended a concert. We would stay again if we attended another put of state show. »

« There was a abandoned car that was parked in a way the curb was sticking out. My wife tripped and fell. The fall injured both knees. I put a cone that was under the stairs over curb. Office was notified. »

« The place was good but the sheets weren’t cleaned and the AC didn’t work »

« No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...

« Great room! The tv is great. The air is great! »

« Misha was friendly and very accommodating! »

« The studio was immaculate and the couch and bed were very comfortable to sit on and sleep on The air conditioning was great as was the staff and parking I will be back again and I highly recommend staying here »

« I reserved two rooms from Yuba City inn and they were unavailable when I got there. The staff stated they don’t sell rooms online on Expedia. »

« All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money. »

« An amazing home that makes you feel like you are at home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and the pool is amazing. The property owners are very informative and responsive. I highly recommend this property. »

« The house location was great and the neighborhood is nice. The house is well maintained and as pictured. The owner was very easy to coordinate with. Only note is that the laundry is in a shared space which the owner needs to lock/unlock, so a tiny hassle but worked out fine. »
