« Staff is very friendly and helpful; She is very welcoming- carries a beautiful smile & she is knowledgeable, assisted me with the location and distance of the place I was going to. I didn't feel rushed when I was asking for another room and rate. »

« The entire room was absolutely filthy, from the floors to the walls to the shower. There was even pet food on the floor from the people before us. The toilet seat was broken. I mean completely cracked on the seat itself. We had to wrap a wash cloth around it to use the toilet and not get hurt. « Front desk staff were wonderful. Checking out was a pain, it was before front desk staff was there and had to use a remote kiosk. There was no audio, so I had to play charades with the agent on the screen. That’s where anything remotely positive about the property ends. I’m not expecting 4 star accommodations, but this place is a dive. « This hotel is very old and outdated. Safety was a primary concern as a woman staying there alone. The door did not have a deadbolt. The “chain” for the door was screwed into the trim, rather than the sheetrock. There was a gap all around the door that you could see daylight through. The windows are extremely old aluminum framed and don’t close and lock, so there is a stick in the window. Additionally, I had the DND sign on the door and the staff entered my room anyway, adjusted the a/c, took the...

« At check in the staff was great! We had very noisy neighbors and I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. If you have an issue overnight you most likely are screwed. For the cost of the room it was upsetting that I felt abandoned. »

« All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money. »

« We were in the area for a graduation, so the house with 5 large bedrooms, a nice backyard including a canopy was perfect for us. The house was exactly as pictured, and large enough for everyone. There were a few little things that weren't smooth- like getting the wifi password or access to both TVs at the same time, but otherwise it was an excellent stay. Would definitely stay again. We were able to check in about 30 minutes early, which was helpful. »
