„We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. „The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed boating and swimming on the river and sitting on the dock mornings and evenings. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend renting this house. “

„We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had 1 small issue that was quickly resolved by the host. The place was conveniently located close to royal spring and that boat ramp. The decks on this place was massive. The river deck was nice to sit on as well. We will definitely be back if they will have us.“

„If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. This place comes with absolutely everything you need and more. Nicely decorated and very well stocked. It has everything that you could need from linens, cookware, utensils, grill, games, ample seating, cleaning needs, and a beautiful screened in downstairs patio with tons of seating. „A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.“
