« A nice simple rental with all the amenities you would get at an extended stay hotel plus a washer and dryer if you needed it. Looks like this was very recently built so everything was in really good condition. Parking was a little tricky with 5 spaces plus a handicapped spot for the four rental units and we were in a big crew cab pickup. « We rented both sides of this adorable duplex for ACU graduation. So cute and trendy, love the artsy feel. Had everything we needed with plenty of space for family. Comfortable beds and very clean. Will definitely be staying again. »

« A couple of misleading facts about this VRBO.I was a little disappointed that there were people living on the second floor above my room. I heard feet walking across the floor above me into late hours at night.Also the picture was a little misleading. It showed covered parking. But when I got there, 2 vehicles were parked under the canopy. I had to park away from my room. « Cute house with great furnishings! Very nice home with a number of amenities included. I would say the only downside was there was no downstairs seating area. I think the rooms could’ve been configured better to make the downstairs have the living space instead of the upstairs. I had a guest with a bad knee who unfortunately could not get up the stairs. Other than that the home was very lovely. »

« First, we were sent to the wrong house! People were in that house we discovered after the code didn't work and we were given another to use. . . At the correct house, the grass needed to be cut. The back seating area had dead leaves and dirt on everything-chairs, table, and grill. There were also several wasp nests in that area - and wasps. The tiny little house was actually pretty amazing. A little dusty, but lots of character. »
