« Chambre comfortable mais salle de bain petite Petit dejeuner bon Piscine completement hors service »

« This location is horrible and not like what the pictures show . The walls were dirty, bathroom needs work and smells horribly - do not recommend . »

« The rooms were nothing like the pictures in the add !! The description of the room and Private hot tub are as far from reality as anything I have ever seen !! I even used the ask a question service about the spa like hot tube and it said all rooms have them! It was a tiny bathtub next to the toilet! Very disappointed !! Holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The parking lot was filled with pot holes and dirt. »

« This was hands down one of the nastiest hotels I have stayed in. If it wasn’t for it being a last minute booking at 1am after driving for 9 hours straight, I would have gone literally anywhere else and paid the extra $300 to stay at somewhere at least clean. There was food and trash/bathroom products all over the halls, we were on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall so thats a lot of trash….The toilet had urine and hair all over the seat. The couch had no cushions on it at all so you could...

« Chambre spacieuse et personnel sympa »

« The staff was wonderful and they are pet friendly. Unfortunately,$250 for this status of hotel is grossly overpriced. »

« The A/C didn’t work and there were no other rooms available »

« Chambre propre et le personnel très accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était assez varié. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter mais ils ont un happy hour tous les jours pendant 2 heures. »

« Coffee advertised removed from the room due 24 hour coffee machine available in lobby. 2 machines, both were broken. Room musty, suspect that the bedding was left over from the previous occupant but too tired to wait for the (absent) desk clerk to complain. Clerk later seen outside smoking. No soap in bathroom. Room temperature 84’ when I entered. The A/C worked and it cooled down. Please try a little bit. »

« The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Had a issue with the remote for the tv, would only turn it on & off. Channels or volume would not change at all? »

« This was the nicest BW I’ve stayed at in a long time. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and updated. I highly recommend this BW. »

« The property was soooo dirty, the room smelt bad when we checked in. I guess you get what you pay for. »
