„Great home-very cozy. Freezer had to be cleaned-exploded drink left. TV had some issues but they were sporatic. Few minor things like availability of cookware/dishes-very old and not many, But able to get by-we just cook ALOT and did bring some items with us. No check out instructions left. Overall very happy with our stay-we are repeat visitors and will definitely stay again. Had a great long weekend! “

„The property was not as private as we were hoping for. Despite the privacy of the neighbors, they were quite and it didn’t take away our enjoyment. As far as the RV we stayed in, the RV was clean and PERFECT for our weekend getaway! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!! Also our Host was fabulous! Host answered all our questions and was quick to respond. Thank you Phina for the experience and the hospitality!!“

„Our stay was fanatastic! We enjoyed the serene small town and enjoyed visiting Florence near by. Waterloo is a small quiet town, so be prepared to entertain yourself with movies and games as well as evening talks as you gaze out across the moonlit Tennessee River. Enjoy coffee to a beautiful sunrise! Lots of nature trails near by. Be prepared with groceries because stores are nearly 30 minutes one way. The host makes checking in easy and responds if you message. The cottage is clean and exceeded ...

„We had a blast at this home. It was very cozy, clean and very large. We loved the deck and how roomy everythingwas. My only complaint was the smell of the home. There is a paper mill a few miles away and the smell was terrible and seemed to linger inside the house. We took candles but it was still pretty strong. It was not like that last year when we came to visit so I am not sure why it was so bad this year. I would definitely rent this home again. It was a great deal and our group loved it. “
