« We only used this place for a place to sleep while we were there to help my brother's family move. It was very comfortable and clean. My nieces loved the bunk bed. There was some noise from the next door bar on Saturday night, but it didn't keep the kids awake so all was good . I would stay again if I'm ever in the area. »

« Perfect for our visit. The host is responsive and accommodating. House was clean and spacious, and had everything needed. The beds were comfortable. Steps away from Parrot State Park walking trail. A quick drive takes you to a cute little downtown area with plenty of options for a drink or lunch. We had a nice dinner at Sullivans Supper Club. Would stay again. « Truly river-front, without trains between the cabin and the river...not usual for Mississippi River rentals. Super-clean and incredibly well-furnished and set up! Best bed we ever slept on. Cabin comes with a canoe and virtually anything your heart desires. Easy bicycle-proximity to Trempealeau center, Perrot State Park, the marsh trails, and Trempealeau 'lakes' for great kayaking. Cat Daddy's bar and grill is next door, but we found the proximity just fine...cabin windows close-to-soundproof if...

« This is a great house with just enough space for us all to play games inside or outside, and enjoy some great food. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Community pool was a hit since it was so hot and it’s right across the street! »

Location is great, got to see barges pass each other along the lazy river, many golf opportunities, and supper clubs abound. « We had a bit of hiccup when at check-in. We were given the wrong key code but we were able to get ahold of the host and get it fixed. Once we got in it was as pristine as it had been 3 years ago when we stayed. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Thanks for sharing your great space. »

« We wanted a pet friendly "home away from home" and we certainly found it. The cottage is very nicely appointed inside and has pretty much everything you could want! We only used the master bed and although it is quite a soft mattress it is very comfortable and great pillows (which we never find!) We didn't bring our fishing gear but you couldn't really fish from the back it is too weedy, but it is not far to fishing spots. There were nice places to walk our dog right from the cottage.
