« Exterior had trash all around. The property as a whole needs a lot of work. Lots of things falling apart and dirty. Ice machine was filthy, Elevator needed to be swept and a vent was falling off the wall. They did eventually try to repair it with scotch tape. The toilet lid & seat and toilet paper holder were lose. Mold underneath the dispensers in the shower. What looked like pink mold in the corner of the top of the bathtub and in the corner on the floor by bathtub. There was food splattered...

« It was a last minute roadtrip and we were looking for a place to stay. We planned to visit Roscoe Village the next day and looked for a reasonably priced hotel. We had never heard of Spark so we did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, cheery and the staff was amazing. Missed breakfast because we had a long drive the night before and the bed was just so comfy to leave earlier than absolutely necessary. Will definately visit again when we are in the area! »

« I don’t know so much as it was the host issue, but when I got to the property, I could not access the code on the door because I booked through Expedia and the host sent a message to Vrbo with the code. I did not know I had to access Vrbo for this reservation since I booked through Expedia I think that was the main confusion. Other than that the property was great. I think guest should be aware there’s no bar soap or shampoo or anything like that just some pump soap at the sink. I was not...
