I was pleasantly surprised that the backyard pool had gates with gates or doors with locks so little kids could not get back there unattended, I really appreciated that. I wouldn't say it's walkable to the beach however it's a very short drive, like 2 minutes and the beach entrance has parking spots. »

The host provided beach essentials, bikes, etc. which made packing for the trip that much easier.
