« Not sure the listing as "full kitchen" was correct. There was no oven, mini fridge only with limited freezer space. We brought food to cook in the oven so we ended up eating out instead of cooking in, which increased the price of the trip. We were supposed to get an email the day of arrival but did not. Called, no answer, ended up having to text, just was a hassle. Not all the windows had a covering so it was bright inside the cabin. »

« Like: Clean, quiet, safe.
Challenging: no humans to help!!! It's all supposed to be internet-based, yet the internet was mostly unavailable. We got into our rooms ok, but all around us people were waiting - entry codes didn't work.
When away from the property and finally able to connect, the text responses were not helpful.
The 1 shot keurig for coffee was impossible. When finally got it working it needed to be de-scaled. So lukewarm weak coffee was all we got. Again, no humans around...

« This is a beautiful property. The hotel is absolutely immaculate and well manicured. The rooms are so quaint, clean and good size. I loved the fireplace. The pool area is lovely, with a hot tub that truly soothes sore muscles. I highly recommend a stay here. »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners.
