« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. In fact, when my other family members mentioned what I am now mentioning -- the...

« Friendly staff, clean hotel »

« Great location, there was previous occupants body and hair wash and deodorant in bathroom, fireplace did not work pilot light was on but would not ignite, I highly recommend to run your water hot and cold for at least 15 min , water will still have a yellow tint to it but not as bad as the beginning (staff should let customers know ) but overall it was quiet , bed was comfortable and clean »

« We had a late Check-in and it was so easy! Beautiful room, with the perfect setup. Loved the little heater that looked like a fireplace! And a coffee shop right next door!!! »

« Très bon lit Grille pain frigo micro ondes cafetière »

« Very cute place, perfect for a couple. I felt like we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and shower gel and 2in1. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything u would need to make meals. Highly recommend, especially because it’s so close to everything fun »

« I was surprised to find that Wi-fi was not included. And it was quite expensive. Also the tv services were poor, there was no way to use streaming services except google cast, which of course required adding wi-fi. The windows were not cleaned. This was surprising because the view out the back of the room was such a nice part of the stay, but the windows were covered in handprints. »

« Logement proche coté route avec pas mal de passage Batiment agé et donc simple vitrage sans clim... Pas de possibilite pour le petit dejeuner, convenable pour une nuit »

« This cabin was very clean. There was a bed for everyone in the family. We were surprised that there was a bed in the kitchen and that the cabin was so small. The bunkbeds and the futons are in an enclosed sunroom. We made everything work and the hosts were good at communication with us. The price was right and the location was also close to everything that we wanted to be near. The kitchen was well stocked. All in all we are glad that we stayed here. »

« Great stay! »

« Very clean and newly updated. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful. Great communicator. Walking distance to everything downtown. »

« The location is perfect. Downtown and Ponderosa State Park are very walkable. The view from the patio perfect. »
