„I had been on the road for two days and needed to book an overnight stay. I filtered hot tub specifically for my sore muscles and stress from being on the road. I booked through Expedia and there was no note saying how it was down for maintenance. I drove an extra hour to the hotel just to be disappointed. It's not the front desk persons fault. This is the second time within a year I've used this site for very specific amenities and when i arrive they are not available. Expedia needs better ...
