Room smelled of stale smoke while bathroom had urine hints by toilet.“

„In a word, WOW!Place is def special- we had plans to go out drive to town, etc. but the place is so relaxing and nice-and our host was so welcoming- we just stayed put the whole time- super kid friendly and great place for rest.“

I would have given 5 stars, but small incident occurred where my nephew was chased by a neighbor's dog which caused him to run into the porch's fence which collapsed due to age and rotting. I explained this to the owner and he seem to be very understanding and had stated that the dog had posed some issues in the past as well.
