« Cute and comfortable accommodations—love the kitchen for making meals if desired. Only complaint — and very minor at that— was coffee filter with grounds was left in the maker and was moldy. I would definitely recommend and rebook myself if needed! »

« Property was as listed and very comfortable/cozy, everything was cooled down inside before we arrived and lights on!Beds were so comfortable and very quiet, really no neighbors-the building is historic and brick -no sounds from outside at all.I bit of a struggle to find this on our trip - roads were blocked under construction.We focused on the pictures and the old structures that stick up higher in town & that led us to it, in a round about way.Beautiful walking /biking path (Doodlebug trail)...

The property had everything we needed, room full all of us to comfortably sleep and spend time indoors, and a great yard and fire set up for outside. The game room is such a great addition, spent our evenings playing ping pong, pool and card games there. The lake was weedy so we were grateful to have easy access to the kayaks to get on the water. »

« The property is not well kept outdoors. There were dirty, dusty kayaks thrown to one side, a weedy and unattractive lawn. No plants or flowers. An old rusty grill sat near the deck, which was badly in need of staining. The steps to the lake needed more railings. The shallow water was so rocky we could hardly walk. No ice maker, no hair dryer, no iron. If it is listed on the amenities, it needs to be there. The freezer on the bottom of the frig would not shut due to buildup of ice, then leaked on...

« The host was friendly and attentive. We accidentally unplugged the wifi and he fixed it immediately. (Oops, didn't even make us feel dumb) The property was super clean, well stocked, and served our needs well. ( Tons of kitchen towels which you hardly ever get!) Kayaks, and plenty of outdoor seating available, no need to bring a camp chair. »

« Wonderful location in Waterville just a mile from Sakatah Singing Hills bike trail. This was a peaceful comfortable beautiful home to center our trip on the 39 miles trails. Owner very responsive to questions. Right on the beach. We will be back with family and friends! »

« Place was nice and clean. No hooks or towel rods in bathroom. Upstairs people up in the middle of the night making noise with stomping and moving furniture across the floor. »
