« The room was clean and adequate Just very old. You could not get to the sink in the bathroom unless you went all the way in and shut the door. Very small kind of like staying in an old dorm. The area is literally in the middle of nowhere and very dark without good lighting at nite. No porch light to find your way at the front of the building either. I know I sound critical which I don’t like to be. They are great people and the area is beautiful. However, I would most likely not stay...

« I chose this location based on the picture of the shower and it did not disappoint - that was AMAZING!!! Only challenge we had was finding it. It was dark when we arrived and the GPS address sent us to the building beside where we were going. The host sent me a message about that but I was driving so I didn't see it until we were struggling to figure out where we were going. Being a basement apartment made it difficult to rest due to host up doing construction or something quite early ior late 4 a.m. however you look at the situation. Hot tub was on the upstairs deck which wasn’t very private even though there were curtains on either end. The house windows were still available to be seen by anyone who chanced to look. « Bourbon Trail Oasis at Boone Farm was a great spot for our family’s getaway. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet located a short drive from area attractions. We visited distilleries, hiked around Mammoth Cave, and had a day trip into Louisville, but were able to come back to the VRBO and simply relax. »
