« Loved the open concept living room and kitchen for visiting. Very nice outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings. Property was clean and well stocked. »

« We stay here for a family wedding. My 3 kids and their families and my wife and I stayed here. Super backyard for my grandkids to play. Everyone had their own room and there was space to gather together. The host was super to communicate with and his responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars! »

« Great house in a great area, was there for Iowa State graduation. Quick 15 minute ride to campus. House delivered everything it said. Clean, comfortable, would rent again »

« We were very impressed with the property. It took us a few minutes to find the gate but were very hapoy. We enjoyed sitting in the entry way and watching the birds and bats. »

« Lovely older restored home with beautiful woodwork in the heart of Boone, walk to everything. Near state parks and the Iowa Arboretum, ISU, etc. Very well equipped and the host communication was excellent. Recommend! »

« My family used to live just across the lake from this house so it was great to come back and spend time at Lake Cornelia. This is a great little retreat. We so enjoyed our time. »

« From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. « Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book again!! »

« We were in town for a family reunion and this house was a great alternative to hotel rooms. Very clean and cute inside, well stocked with regular supplies, good water pressure, ceiling fans and good A/C. I would recommend going to room darkening curtains in the bedrooms »
