« We loved this hideaway! Very spacious, super clean, well stocked, quiet, safe and private was our experience. Enjoyed looking out the many windows to see dozens of deer calmly grazing and ducks roosting near by. Just 11 minutes from the Brazos River State park which is a must see. Relaxed on the front and back porches. A really nice get away. Would definitely stay here again without question. Sure beats the city traffic, hotel elevators and crowded parking lots. Thanks! »

« The host was very nice, he unfortunately doesn’t have a good cleaning crew. Master bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was overflowing trash in the back yard. There were a few more issues the cleaning crew didn’t take care of. He was apologetic but you hate to have to clean the whole time you are there. Hopefully he finds a new crew. »

« What an awesome stay!! The amenities were surprisingly high quality for a rental. The cookware was first class and the showering products were top quality including special facial cleanser. I have stayed at VRBOs domestically and internationally and this is the nicest place that felt like home (but with better cookware. : ). I also messed up the calendar when booking and the hosts were very patient with me. We brought a box fan for the loft based on a review but the hosts had already provided...

« The listing is not accurate. Be prepared to bring everything with you, pots/pans/adult size plates/cooking utensils/hair dryer. There is no BBQ grill, the house had 2 pans and 1 spatula and 1 spoon. The eating utensils were appetizer plates, forks, butter knife, spoons and 4 glass cups. The cabinets were falling off and peeling. The floors were sticky in the kitchen, there were crumbs everywhere that lead ants all over. We checked in which was easy, kind of a pain to have to turn both door...

« The house was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the was trash still in the trash can. Glad we only stayed one night. Stayed at tons of VRBOs and never left a bad review, sad to do so for this property. »

« This place is nice and quiet - we needed a large kitchen and this worked out quite well! The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable! There are a few small items left (painting a few trim pieces and such) for a perfect stay. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!! »
