„A friend and I stayed here so we could enjoy hiking at Scott's Gulf State Park. The house was absolutely perfect! Dawn was very friendly and communicates about everything. The property is so beautiful and the house is so cute and cozy. We're already talking about coming back to enjoy more hiking in the area.“

„Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! “

„Gorgeous property and awesome little cabin! The pictures looked so good I was nervous we would show up and the hot tub would be broke and weeds would be grown over - but it literally looks just like the pics and the hot tub worked!Everything was clean and when we walked in they even had spa music playing and a chocolate on the nightstand.Would highly recommend!“

„This place was the highlight of our trip! We spent one night in Nashville and then headed to Sparta. This Home was absolutely darling….peaceful country living at its best! „As I mentioned in the guest book this location is perfect if you have a hiking trip planned in the area.The house is placed perfectly to hit Rock Island State Park as well as Falls Creek Falls State Park.The amenities were great- kitchen was great and had all we needed, shower pressure was great, added bonus the TV had a Roku for evening entertainment. If I had to nitpick something, the beds were more firm than I like but I'd 10000% stay here again. Likely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever ...

„Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again.“
