« This place is a hidden gem. If youâre looking for adventure and just relaxation without all fancy stuff. Concordia is the place for you.
If you cannot do stairs then this place isnât the place for you. You are located in a beautiful hillside with tons of stairs all around you. If you donât need ac then this place is perfect for you in the tents. But they do have ac units as well.
Itâs rustic but brings you back to nature. You have an amazing beach just a half mile from the place called salt...

« We had a great time visiting the Blue Wrasse. The place was as advertised with a beautiful deck and a great view. The outdoor shower was a nice amenity, along with a well stocked kitchen. The site manager was very responsive and helpful. I got stung by a wasp going down the stairs, so be careful of nests there. Also, water is not potable so will need to bring your own water. All considered, was a great stay! »

« The kitchen was big and spacious to make food in. They had a great barbecue and the sunrise from the balcony was really nice. The beds were super comfortable. They had an air condition in each room. The couch was also very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would do it again. »

« This was a great house with privacy, comfortable beds, and a large kitchen. Perfect for a group of four. Huge deck area, and all the amenities. Paul was an excellent property manager and responded to messages immediately. Sebastian the sweet outdoor cat was a bonus! After six previous days on St. John, I can say I highly recommend this property! »

« The communication with property manager and house caretaker was great. Eddie was a great host and spent plenty of time getting us familiar with the house and all the great amenities. The views are spectacular and the house is absolutely beautiful! We had two families with a total of 8 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. Although the house is not exactly convenient to the hustle and bustle, it is perfectly situated to get away from the busy areas while still being able to...

« We had a fantastic time and greatly enjoyed our stay at Orchid Garden. Decorated in a manner that makes you feel like you are staying in a museum, every day there is a new discovery. The hosts, Emily and Ric were welcoming and available to assist with advice that only those who have lived on the island for decades can provide. The roof top makes it a very unique property and possibly has the best views on the island. We found ourselves up there morning and night! »
