We got really lucky in choosing this place to stay for our relaxing getaway to St. John. Indoors, the bedrooms were very comfy with bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The common area was very spacious, with an enormous couch and large dining room table for games or a puzzle. Outdoors, the deck was our favorite place to unwind after a busy day exploring the island. Just a glorious view! This place feels secluded, yet you are just 10 minutes from Coral Bay, which has a grocery mart and a couple restaurants. When there was a power outage on the island for a few hours, Dwight was extremely helpful with getting the generator up and running. Thankfully, we needed the generator for only an hour or so. He’s a great guy if you meet him! We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here at Horizon's Edge! This home was a great fit for 7 adults (my parents, siblings, and our partners) and even though we all looked at pictures of the house in anticipation and preparation, everyone was blown away when we opened the front door for the first time. A picture perfect view, a wide open gathering space, and amenities and decor galore greet you upon arrival. The hosts and property manager were also super communicative and very helpful in getting us to the home! Driving/finding your way can be daunting but once you get to the house all your worries melt away:) It was truly the perfect location for us (can't pass up getting to see more of the island) and a more than perfect house and fit for us. My husband cooked many meals for the group and was very pleased to have a fully stocked kitchen and spice cabinet :) We also took advantage of the beach chairs, coolers, towels and snorkel gear and this allowed us to have several great beach days- we wouldn't have been able to pack and bring all this gear from NY, so this was truly a huge plus! This home really had a huge impact on our amazing USVI experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if I have the pleasure to return!

The kitchen was big and spacious to make food in. They had a great barbecue and the sunrise from the balcony was really nice. The beds were super comfortable. They had an air condition in each room. The couch was also very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Our host, Dwight, was amazing. He checked in several times on check-in day. We arrived later in the day so he had the house lights on and the air conditioners cooling the house. He gave very detailed directions to the house and even included photos to help with the guidance.The house was exactly what we expected! It was gorgeous and the view from the Dec was spectacular! Exactly what we needed to unwind and. We loved everything about our stay.

Everything about this place is perfect! It’s beautiful, it’s clean, the kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals, the living area has plentiful seating, beds are so comfortable, bathrooms were stocked and the views breathtaking!! The house the roads to the house were very manageable (not a steep drive). The house was clean, had needed items, and had amazing views. Sitting on the deck was peaceful and hearing the ocean at night was a huge plus! Mosquitos in the house were annoying but two zappers were provided. The AC unit in the master started leaking water (annoying) by Dwight did what he could to get AC maintenance to the house.

Outstanding experience staying at Horizon's Edge. It's obvious from the beginning that the owners and property manager take pride in ensuring their guests have the best experience. The communications were among the best we've experienced in our long history of renting vacation properties. The responsiveness whether it be for packing tips, travel recommendations, questions during the stay, or checking out was consistently fast and excellent. The property itself is outstanding and the pictures provided in the description do not do it justice. It had everything we needed and more. We had been to St. John before and were concerned the property might be a little too remote. In actuality, we had a far better experience on the island from this location than we did closer to Cruz Bay. You get a wonderfully maintained property that has spectacular views, quiet privacy to enjoy your surroundings while having better access to beaches including those on the East End. We will definitely be looking for the availability of this property for our next visit to the island.

Blissful!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is very well appointed with everything that we needed for cooking, relaxing, and beaching. Dwight, the property manager, provided us with precise information and is a very good communicator. We enjoyed listening and relaxing to the waves while on the deck enjoying our coffee and cocktails. Four blissful days away from a Minnesota winter

This is a beautiful to spend a few days (or months.) The house is well-appointed with more than enough room for our foursome. Check in was easy. Dwight was both very proactive and responsive… an excellent property manager. We used the provided the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas that we needed. It is within a 10 minute drive to several restaurants. Tip for coming to the VI - you’ll often be in areas without cell service. Download offline maps before you go. If you’re using Google maps, search “Horizon’s Edge” and it will get you direct to the house. Using an address will only get you to the general vicinity.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at this beautiful villa

Amazing stay at Horizon's Edge. The house was great for 6 people with 3 separate bedroom/bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating for 6. I especially liked the location which was not too far up the hill so that you could hear the ocean at night. Sitting on the deck at night you could see thousands of stars. The house was well equipped with beach chairs and extra snorkeling gear. The St.Johns themed beach books were a fun extra treat which we enjoyed! Check in was easy and Dwight was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

This property had awesome views. The property is fully equipped with everything you might need provided. We had a wonderful time on our stay. The only downside to our vacation, which is not related to the property, are the power outages that occur on the island. All and all a great stay and a super vacation.

This property is absolutely beautiful! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom so our family could enjoy their own space. The common area was open and welcoming, perfect for doing puzzles, playing games, grilling out and taking in the view. The deck view of the bay is spectacular and the house is just a short drive to amazing snorkeling. The house is also equipped with paddleboard, kayak, cooler and snorkel gear! The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly and was the perfect family getaway on the quiet side of St John. We also happened to get stuck here during a tropical storm, which was a bit scary. However, the property manager, Dwight, was amazing at communicating with us and accommodating our needs. I have never had a VRBO property manager take such good care of us. Weathering a tropical storm was quite the adventure! But this house kept us safe and Dwight set our minds at ease.

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS!!

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely, spacious home. I wish it were possible to give more stars! The house is tastefully decorated, the view is gorgeous, and the atmosphere is so relaxing! The house had everything we needed and more! The description and amenities mentioned in the listing are completely accurate. Dwight is an excellent property manager! He was consistently helpful and attentive. We love this house and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway spot. We 120% would stay here again!
