« Breakfast was great and fresh every day. Clean room. Excellent staff and service. I wish I had a room not in front of the pool - noisy, but fun! Also, I recommend that the management have better transport service. Only one person and he didn't even live in the area. There was an unexpected road closure and yet there was no other driver to take me to the airport. He arrived two hours later than scheduled; luckily I was able to make my flight. All was fantastic; just wish I had a quieter room...

« The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked.
Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. Itâs a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip. »

« Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...
